With the focus on central Maryhill, this neighbourhood-scale urban project seeks to revitalize the high street to its past glory, to breathe new life into forgotten places, to recreate lost-place memories, and resuscitate an essential part of Maryhill. The project aims to generate 852 new homes, a space for the flourishing of new families and the nurturing of a community spirit. Non-flat dwellings make up 37% of these homes, with the remaining 63% consisting of flats of varying densities, from high to low.
